Wow! How our world has changed in 2020! Although it can feel challenging at times, we can still make the most out of a hard time and a massage always helps with that!
Massage therapy has many benefits that are incredibly helpful during stressful times. Not only does it help to loosen muscles that have tightened in response to stress but it also helps to regulate hormones including lowering the stress hormone cortisol. It also can lessen feelings of anxiety, decrease pain, and improve your overall sense of wellbeing and happiness. As well, safety is of the utmost importance to us and thus we continue to follow all guidelines set by the Ministry of Health to protect our clients during the pandemic. We thoroughly sanitize the clinic and ensure that we are closely monitoring everyone who enters the building for symptoms to keep all of our clients safe and healthy.
