Arriving
to the clinic
What you need to know

You will be contacted before your appointment to be screened for symptoms of COVID-19.

Once you've arrived, please do not enter the building. Please call or text your RMT to let them know you have arrived. If you do not have a cellphone, please remain in your vehicle until someone comes out to meet you.

Everyone MUST sanitize their hands upon entering the building.

You will notice new signage around the clinic. Please take a moment to review them.

What you need to know

All soft fabrics and materials that are not easily sanitized have been removed from the clinic room.
- It is mandatory that all clients and therapists wear a mask during treatment. If you have one that is clean please wear it. If not, I will have some for sale.
- IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH SYMPTOMS, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL A LATER DATE. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19.

All receipts and direct billing statements will be emailed to you.

The only forms of payments we are currently accepting are direct billing and e-transfers (please complete e-transfer before your appointment)

Please sanitize/wash your hands once your appointment is over and once you return home.
