Arriving

to the clinic

What you need to know

  • You will be contacted before your appointment to be screened for symptoms of COVID-19. 

  • Once you've arrived, please do not enter the building. Please call or text your RMT to let them know you have arrived. If you do not have a cellphone, please remain in your vehicle until someone comes out to meet you.  

  • Everyone MUST sanitize their hands upon entering the building.

  • You will notice new signage around the clinic. Please take a moment to review them.

What you need to know

  • All soft fabrics and materials that are not easily sanitized have been removed from the clinic room.

  • It is mandatory that all clients and therapists wear a mask during treatment. If you have one that is clean please wear it. If not, I will have some for sale. 
  • IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH SYMPTOMS, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL A LATER DATE. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19.

wHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • All receipts and direct billing statements will be emailed to you. 

  • The only forms of payments we are currently accepting are direct billing and e-transfers (please complete e-transfer before your appointment)

  • Please sanitize/wash your hands once your appointment is over and once you return home.
