As the world continues on our journey through navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, our policies will be updated to reflect the current guidelines and restrictions to keep all clients as safe as possible from the virus. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

What you need to know

  • You will be contacted before your appointment to be screened for symptoms of COVID-19. 

  • Once you've arrived, please do not enter the building. Please call or text your RMT to let them know you have arrived. If you do not have a cellphone, please remain in your vehicle until someone comes out to meet you.  

  • Everyone MUST sanitize their hands upon entering the building.

  • You will notice new signage around the clinic. Please take a moment to review them. 

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

What you need to know

  • All soft fabrics and materials that are not easily waashed and sanitized have been removed from the clinic room.

  • It is mandatory that all clients and therapists wear a mask during treatment. If you arrive without one, one will be provided to you. 
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to a case of COVID-19 your massage appointment will be postponed until a later date. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WITH SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

wHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • All receipts and direct billing statements will be emailed to you. 

  • The only forms of payments we are currently accepting are direct billing and e-transfers (please complete e-transfer before your appointment to amandacosta.rmt@outlook.com)

  • Please sanitize/wash your hands once your appointment is over and once again when you return home.
